Sogndal is known for its fantastic snow, with amazing forest skiing, opportunities for jumps and drops, as well as long, flowing descents. Spring in Sogn is unique. The apple trees bloom by the fjord, while the mountain peaks are still covered in snow. The day often begins with a sunny ski tour in the mountains, followed by a refreshing swim in the fjord. This combination of winter and spring makes Sogndal an exceptional place for skiing.
