This is a unique way of learning, where community, personal development, and nature-based experiences take center stage.
We have a brand-new fitness center in Sogndal with all the facilities you could dream of, including personal guidance and follow-up. Fitness and strength training will be a significant part of your daily routine, and you'll receive a membership card for our local sports center – just a five-minute bike ride away.

Spain’s sun, warmth, and beaches create the perfect setting for an active study trip. This is where the focus on multisport truly shines. We’ll explore a variety of activities and immerse ourselves in Spanish culture and society up close.
This trip offers the opportunity to:
- Enjoy plenty of outdoor sports activities with others, like beach volleyball and football.
- Train outdoors in stunning surroundings, including functional fitness and interval sessions.
- Discover nature through water activities, cycling, or hiking.
- Experience Spanish culture, local communities, and traditions.
We can also try padel or play golf on one of the many courses. Additionally, there’s time for more relaxed activities like yoga or dance sessions, where we might learn both traditional and modern styles.
Spain is one of Europe’s most diverse countries, offering something new to discover on every trip. Whether visiting Barcelona for beach volleyball training and flamenco lessons, or heading out on hiking and cycling adventures, you’ll experience an inspiring blend of sports, nature, and culture.

During the 3rd week of the spring semester, we travel to the ski resort of Hemsedal. The students are divided into small groups and can choose between Telemark (free-heel skis) and downhill or ski-touring skiing. We hire a few instructors in addition to our own staff so you get plenty of instruction.
