Would you like to float down the mountainside on a fantastic flow trail? Surf waves at Stad? Climb to the top of crags along the Sognefjord, or cycle on narrow paths from mountain peaks?
In Sogndal, autumn offers a wealth of exciting activities, including some of the best trail biking Norway has to offer. Both the legendary trails in Kaupangerskogen and the fantastic high mountain trails in Luster become our playground on two wheels.
Through both basic and advanced technique courses, you will develop the skills to ride with speed and control in varied terrain. You'll also get training in trail building, giving you the chance to become part of the cycling community in Sogndal. The school has its own bike workshop where you can learn basic bike maintenance. You don’t need to be an expert or have a full-suspension bike to choose this program—a hardtail bike will work just fine. The program suits all levels, including beginners, so everyone is welcome.
When you're surfing the legendary waves at Hoddevika, you'll learn fundamental techniques, safety rules, and how to adapt to changing ocean conditions. You'll get to surf both in Portugal and Norway. We travel to Portugal, where you can test the waves at one of Europe’s best surf spots. But unique experiences also await here in Norway—cold-water surfing in rough conditions is something truly special. You’ll have the opportunity to take Surf Level 1 and 2 courses, so whether you're a beginner or experienced, you'll be challenged and develop your skills on the board.
