Maybe you dream of designing jewellery for theater, cosplay, party costumes or just for yourself? On the JEWELLERY DESIGN line, it is your own creativity that is the driving force.
Here you`ll get to develop yourself and your ideas in an independent collaborative environment. You`ll get good guidance from your teacher, and get to meet creative experts from different fields.
We work practically, designing and making jewellery in different materials. You will work with different types of metal, natural materials such as leather, wood and textile, plastic, stone, bone etc.
The design process will lead you to unique jewelry. Not only bracelets or rings, but also body jewelry, headdresses or installations. You will learn traditional craft techniques such as sawing, soldering, filing, and forging. 3D drawing software and 3D printing are also part of the work.
Before you get started with the actual production, you will be trained in some basic craft techniques. You will be introduced to our cultural heritage, which can inspire you to create completely new expressions. All our lines are creative and you will meet many other people who challenge you, motivate you and inspire you to think new together with them. Our goal is to give you professional weight, ideas, self-confidence, collaboration skills and belief in the subject, either as a hobby or as a career.
You get to go on study trips where we introduce you to creative professional environments in jewellery design.
