At Tennis & Racketsport you will learn various racket sports such as tennis, badminton, padel, table tennis and pickleball. You will learn technique and tactics in games alone and with others.
Do you have a desire to learn tennis or other racket sports? Tennis & Racketsport is the course for you who want to be challenged in different sports and strategy. You will learn techniques on the serve and hit, play singles and doubles matches, as well as improve your coordination, strength and speed.
At Tennis & Racketsport you can learn various racket sports such as tennis, badminton, table tennis, pickleball and padel.
Stavern is well situated with many opportunities within racket sports. At the school, you will be taught table tennis and badminton, and it is a short distance to both indoor and outdoor tennis courts, paddle tennis and squash. We will also go on several trips to other cities to test other racquet sports and courts.
In teaching, we focus on learning basic technique and tactics, and we set aside a lot of time for games. The course is composed of 3 modules: Game understanding, technique and tactics.
