This is the course for both active gymnastics and curious beginners. Get individual and professional follow-up, and unfold in one of Norway's newest gym.
Do you have a burning desire to learn somersaults with screws, double somersaults, triple somersaults or just generally better body control? This course is the choice for you who want to be challenged in new jumps and exercises on trampoline and tumbling, as well as improve your balance, flexibility, coordination, strength and speed.
Here you get the best of both worlds; gymnastics with the folk high school experience. Just across the road from our school is Norway's most beautiful and newest gym. This is the home ground of the local gymnastics club STAG, a heavily qualified club, with many talented gymnasts in its stable. This gym will be your classroom this school year with David Jensen as instructor.

The Christian folk high schools are built on Christian values. They are owned by, or associated with, Christian organizations or denominations. They encourage students with different interests and beliefs to apply.
