This four-month course is for you who want to learn more about exercise to improve your own health, performance and to be able to teach others about exercise and health!
The line will teach you the most basic things about training and coaching and will provide knowledge and experience to those who want to improve their own form and to those interested in becoming a PT (Personal Trainer).
After the end of the school year, it is possible to take a separate test to be certified as a personal trainer through the Europe Active & Europe Register of Exercise Professionals and thus can apply for a job as a PT.
Traveling to an undeveloped country like Indonesia with Bali, we believe that you will be able to become a more reflective global person who will also open up your mind and understanding to people who do not have the same opportunities as in the welfare state of Norway. You experience poverty, littering and pollution and how people in developing countries perceive and act in relation to this. By experiencing a completely different culture, we expect that new understanding and knowledge will open the students' eyes and enable them to become aware of the challenges we face in the future.
In Bali, we also have a unique collaboration with the professional training center Pronoia Hospitality, which ensures that we take care of the professional requirements in relation to the PT line content. Here there is an international and good professional environment that will lead to inspiration and good learning.
