Through hands-on cooking sessions, you’ll learn to prepare popular Norwegian dishes like “fårikål” (mutton stew), “raspeballer” (potato dumplings), and sweet “kanelboller” (cinnamon rolls). Alongside cooking, language classes will help you master essential Norwegian phrases and simple conversations, preparing you for everyday interactions and allowing you to dive deeper into local life
This program is not just about the classroom! You’ll venture out on exciting journeys through Norway’s stunning western landscapes, from deep fjords to breathtaking mountain peaks.
