Explore Tokyo's street food. Tours to farms, forests, and the sea. Learn to cook with fresh Norwegian ingredients in our well-equipped kitchen. From everyday meals to festive feasts.

Are you ready to take cooking to a whole new level?

In our culinary program, we combine the best of both worlds: street food from exciting food cultures and Norwegian ingredients, often straight from nature. Here, you'll learn to make delicious food from scratch, whether it's something simple for everyday or spectacular feast meals.

Food Lab: Experiment with flavors and techniques. Together, we test dishes that truly excite the taste buds.

Food is not just something we make – it's something we share. With us, meals are as much about community as they are about taste. We gather around the table to enjoy the food we've made, creating memories through good conversations and experiences.

Together, we build and operate our own food truck, bringing food to the people. You'll gain practical experience in making, selling, and presenting food in true street food style.

In collaboration with local food producers and food enthusiasts, we work to gain a deeper understanding of where food comes from. We visit local farms and harvest nature's treasures – all to give you a close connection to the ingredients you use.

We are more than just food!

We know that to thrive and develop, we need variety, so we take time to nurture other sides of ourselves. The class decides together what we want to do outside the kitchen – maybe a workout, a museum visit, or a concert?

Are you ready for a school day filled with flavors, creativity, and genuine food joy?

Welcome to us!
