In this class, we seek both physical and mental challenges that will make you stronger, and equip you for life. Push your own limits and srep outside your comfort zone and strengthen both your self-confidence and your belief in what you can achieve in life. That's why Adrenaline is about more than "cool activities". It's about growing as a human being.
The challenges are many: Get control of your skateboard and longboard, or jump into the wind tunnel to chase the good feeling of freedom, or take a go on the ski slopes. Unique to us is that we have a ski center right next to the school where we spend large parts of the winter. We travel to Trysil to cycle downhill. And do you dare to try to death dive from the 5-meter?

Learn to surf! Imagine the kick when you get on the board and surf the most beautiful wave. Learning to surf is an incredible mastery experience. At Adrenalin we travel to exotic Lombok in Indonesia. Lombok is an indescribably beautiful island, and the ultimate destination for those who want to surf. Here we find perfect waves for both beginners and experienced.
