    Exercise, friendship and competition – try out the SMASH! Racket-course!

    At Smash we’re going to be active with rackets. Padel tennis, table tennis and squash will not be unfamiliar words to you throughout this year. We strive to challenge you no matter what level of skill you’re at. There will be focus on the joy of «owning what you do», mastering your own techniques, as well as getting in shape and growing as an athlete. You also get to take part in activities together with the other Active-students.

    Barcelona

    På våren blir det storbyferie i Barcelona. Her finnes det mange morsomme aktiviteter og kulturelle innslag.
    Strand og by møter hverandre i denne fantastiske storbyen; og vi opplever begge deler.

    I Barcelona er vi aktive både på sykkel, på SUP-brett og på yogamatta. Vi tar pulsen på storbylivet, spiser god og sunn mat og får mange gode opplevelser sammen.

    Kanariøyene og Sportshotellet Playitas

    Mandatory: Yes

    Price: Included in course price

    Playitas Resort er ett av Europas største sports og treningshotell, og er det perfekte reisemål på vinterhalvåret. Hotellet tilbyr et utømmelig utvalg av sport og aktiviteter og ligger i et vakkert landskap med utsikt over Atlanterhavet. 

    Her er det rom for å teste mange nye treningsformer og å oppleve Fuerteventura en av øyene i øygruppen Kanariøyene med sitt herlige klima.

    Norgestur vinter

    Mandatory: Nei

    Price: 5 000

    Det blir ikke norsk vinter uten en skikkelig vintertur på fjellet. Bli med oss på en tur der ski, snø og fjell står i fokus. Vi leter etter pudder både bortover og nedover, på brett og ski. 

    Dette er turen for de som elsker snø, hytte og fjell.

    Our 2024 – 2025 student admissions are now open.

    Location: 70 miles south-east of Oslo, between the cities of Fredrikstad and Sarpsborg.

    The school does not offer a course in the Norwegian Language for internationals, however we do have study courses with less spoken language and more focus on creating and being physically active. You'll learn the language in no time whilst being part of a Norwegian group!

    Great range of options: we offer a total of  6 study courses  to our English-speaking students! For more information; visit our school website in English.

    Haugetun is owned by a Christian organization; Normisjon. Optional activities include youth group meetings and bible studies.
