The course gives you a broad insight into the exciting subject of psychology and an educational study trip to Japan.

In this course we will focus on two main areas:

We emphasize a positive class environment and learning through enjoyment and participation. The teaching combines classroom instruction with practical assignments, research projects, and discussions. We attend lectures and visit various institutions and organizations. In addition, we collaborate with other courses at the school, such as Visual Arts, to explore the use of art in therapy.

You will have plenty of opportunities to delve into elective topics. We have a class library for those who enjoy reading and independent study. An introductory book in psychology is included in the tuition fees.

Study Trip to Japan

The study trip to Japan takes place in the spring, during the cherry blossom season. For over 10 years, the psychology class has traveled to this fascinating and populous country. We have gained extensive experience and can offer a unique and educational experience.

Before departure, you will learn about cultural psychology. You will learn about various behavioral and cognitive processes in Western and East Asian cultures. You will also gain insight into Japan's culture and customs, and learn a few words and phrases before the trip.
