Physical activity should be varied and enjoyable, and here you'll get to try kayaking, SUP, climbing, gentle mountain hikes, strength training, and yoga. You'll learn relaxation techniques, how to prepare healthy and nutritious food, and understand how nutrition is directly linked to both physical and mental health.
Relaxation and well-being are essential for good health. You will learn about and experience, among other things:

In the winter, we’ll go on an extended course trip to Vietnam, where we’ll explore a completely new culture, relax on powdery white sand beaches, practice yoga, and experience stunning landscapes by bicycle, boat, and car.
Stord has a beautiful local area, offering easy access to lovely forest trails, mountain hikes, the sea, a gym, and a climbing hall. This gives us a unique opportunity to provide a varied year filled with activities without needing to travel far.
