"A small and cozy school with lots of engagement and inclusivity, where everyone gets to know each other" – this is just one of the many positive reviews we receive from our students.

The school is beautifully located in the heart of Northern Norway, just 15 minutes from Lofoten Airport - Evenes.

Here, we have the very best of Northern Norwegian nature right outside our doorstep! The school is situated in a Sami area, and we collaborate with the Sami people to offer unique and exciting experiences.

All our programs are fully covered by financial aid from Lånekassen, so you don’t need personal savings to attend.

With excellent facilities, a wide range of outdoor and adventure activities, and a team of dedicated, caring, and highly skilled staff, we are ready to welcome you!

This is one of many reasons why 91.4% of our students would choose the Folk High School of Northern Norway again (EPSI 2022).
