From player to developer
Creative Gaming is more than just gaming. You will be equipped to see all the sides games have to offer, and through different themes and gameplay, you will learn game design, programming, aesthetics, game history and gaming culture.
The year is divided into four themes, Arcade & Composite Games, Games in 3 Dimensions, MMO & RPG, and Games Today. In each theme, we go through historical and cultural events from the gaming world, learn design and art, and create our own games. There will also be a workshop in cosplay, visits to companies in Oslo, and experience Norway's largest game fair.
